Shipping Terms
- Estimate delivery time might be slightly changed due to some special factors like customs clearance, transit issue, natural disaster etc.
- If we failed to deliver your shipment you will get compensation according to your booking policy. For this, all the shippers are advised to be clear about shipment damage/lost/return/cancelation policy from booking counter.
- We never be liable if your shipment/s are seiged by any legal authority. You might be asked for necessary information.
- Your shipment might be canceled/banned/destroyed if any illegal items are found. Legal steps might be taken against the shipper according to the local law and We will not be responsible in that case at all.
- The consignee always have to pay the customs TAX, if there is any. We never ensure the taxability of the shipment. The shipper should be aware of this issue by themself.
- Gold, Siver, Diamond etc. are TOTALLY FORBIDDEN. These item will be seized/handed over th the legal authority without any concent of the shipper. Legal steps also can be taken against the shipper.
- Any kind of Tobacco, Drugs, Weapons are TOTALLY FORBIDDEN. These item will be seized/handed over to the legal authority without any concent of the shipper. We will not be responsible for such issues.
- Sending Fragail items, such as ceremics, glass items, are always discouraged. We never take minimun liability for these items.
